04Quotes, Estimates & Payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Deposits may be required to secure scheduling and cover initial material costs
• Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by New York law

05Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms will be specified in your individual project agreement. Customers in New York have certain cancellation rights under state law, which will be honored in accordance with applicable regulations.

06SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Hickory Ridge Inc., you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive text messages at the mobile number you provided
• You confirm that you are the account holder of that mobile number or have authorization from the account holder to opt in
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or get help by replying HELP
• Hickory Ridge is not liable for undelivered or delayed messages
• Your consent to marketing messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our website shall not exceed the amount you paid to Hickory Ridge for the services giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
